many of our clients' chronic strain patterns-

Boost your Digestive System with Anmo Fu
Anmo Fu is an oil based massage of the abdominal area. It has been developed to release torsions and twists in the bowel area and rebalance the internal organs.
Anmo Fu is especially useful for:
• IBS and other digestive imbalances such as constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, fluid retention
• Low Back pain
• Stress-
• Emotional problems
• Detoxification
Disruption in the functioning of the spleen, gall bladder, liver, kidneys and intestines can be caused by a number of factors including: stress, structural imbalances due to accidents or injury, poor diet and poor posture, all leading to this area becoming tight and knotted.
In the West, this area is also known as the second brain of the body. Blockages and restrictions here cause energy stagnation and reduce the efficiency of the whole body system.
In energy terms, where there is stagnation, there is pain and the consequences of this can be quite diverse, not only in physical symptoms such as digestive imbalances, menstrual problems, headaches, infertility, fatigue, stiffness, back pain and pelvic problems but also emotionally, causing irritability, anger, depression, anxiety, fear and fright as toxins in the system build up.
What happens during an Anmo Fu treatment?
The first part of the Anmo Fu treatment consists of a series of muscle tests and palpation to ascertain internal organ imbalance and areas of tension or torsion.
Massage is then applied to the abdomen, using oil, which
• unwinds tension in the connective tissue,
• releases areas of trapped gas, fluid and toxins from the system
• improves the blood and Qi (energy) flow to the area • allows the digestive process to return to normal
• increasing nutritional uptake
Muscle tests are used to check that the work has been completed.
Anmo Fu tends to promote an improved feeling of well-
A treatment can take around 45 minutes and can be combined with other therapies.

Hot Stone Massage is a deeply soothing, relaxing and healing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.
In this treatment we combine both: hot stones or hot/cold stones therapy along with the hands, in Deep Tissue, Trigger Points Theray, Myofascial Release, MET for stretching and deep compression techniques to work the tissue, achieving a quicker release and faster relief for the client.
Used as a preparation for really stuck tissue, the static application of hot stones allows for access to areas that might otherwise be too sensitive or resistant to be worked effectively. Once these areas have been softened, the muscle/ fascial tissue and associated joint(s) can be freed from restriction, allowing easier movement, increased strength and reduced or eliminated pain for the client.
Benefits of Sports Massage with Hot/Cold Stone:
Promotes deep muscle and tissue relaxation, Alleviates stress, Releases toxins, Relieves pain, Improves circulation, Calms the psyche
